Willowbrook Farm Charity is a community-focused organisation based in the Oxfordshire countryside, welcoming individuals and groups from across the UK. We are committed to inspiring and educating people through hands-on experiences that deepen understanding of sustainability, biodiversity and our relationship with nature.
At the heart of our work is a belief that learning should be accessible, practical and rooted in real-life experiences. Our programmes invite people of all ages and backgrounds to connect with nature, gain skills in sustainable agriculture and explore the vital role biodiversity plays in healthy ecosystems and resilient communities.
Through environmental education, organic farming, traditional crafts, cultural events and conservation activities, we aim to foster curiosity, confidence and a lasting sense of stewardship for the land. These experiences not only support personal wellbeing and community connection but also empower individuals to live more sustainably and make meaningful contributions to the world around them.
While our programmes are open to everyone, we also run tailored initiatives that support individuals who may face additional barriers to access - such as those from racialised communities, neurodivergent individuals and young people with diverse learning needs.
In partnership with Willowbrook Farm, we are developing a nationally recognised centre of excellence in sustainability education, land stewardship and biodiversity conservation. Whether you're local to Oxfordshire or visiting from elsewhere, Willowbrook Farm Charity offers a place to learn, grow and reconnect - with nature, with others and to create a more sustainable future.
To empower people through inclusive education and cultural experiences, connecting them with nature and the community, and encouraging sustainable living.
Foster equity and empowerment, creating a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive through meaningful connections with nature, giving people a model rooted in biosustainability.
We foster a culture of care, connection, and belonging. We create space for people to come together in joy, learning, and mutual support, building relationships rooted in respect and a shared purpose.
We are dedicated to removing barriers so that people of all identities, backgrounds, and abilities can access and participate fully in experiences of farming, countryside living, and sustainability. We celebrate diversity and work to create welcoming spaces where everyone can thrive.
We honour the land as a living system and are committed to fostering a deep, lasting bond between people and nature, promoting biodiversity. We strive to nurture the next generation of ethical stewards who care for the earth, each other, and future generations.
We believe in empowering individuals and communities by providing the tools and opportunities needed for growth and change. We inspire hope and optimism for a brighter future for all.
